My story began a long time ago as a combat sports player, but over time, I found myself getting injured at a young age! Like many people, you take medication, rest, and get better, only to get injured again. This is because you didn’t address the root of the problem. From there, I decided to study training and rehabilitation professionally, taking accredited courses and certifications so I could help myself and others train with the least amount of pain and injury. I specialize in biomechanics/kinesiology/training program design/injury rehabilitation and training, and have given numerous lectures at various academies.
Over 10 years of experience and knowledge, I have helped more than 2,000 trainees worldwide through online training, and more than 2,100 trainers and trainees on the ground in lectures and academies. They train or coach their clients using a scientific and practical approach, ensuring optimal training efficiency with the lowest possible pain and injury rates.
I have reached hundreds of thousands of young men and women around the world through social media platforms, live broadcasts, and webinars to help them on their journey.

What is the difference between Standard, VIP, and Super VIP packages?
VIP adds a monthly Zoom call and a weekly feedback video with bi-monthly updates.
Super VIP includes in-app nutrient tracking, calls every three weeks, and program adjustments as needed.
How do I subscribe and receive the programs?
After completing the payment, you will receive an introduction form via email/WhatsApp. Fill it out and attach photos and measurements. Within 5 days, you will receive your customized schedules via email and WhatsApp.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Paymob (Visa/MasterCard & Meeza), Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay.
You can upload a transfer receipt manually if you choose bank transfer or wallet.
What happens if I miss a training session or my schedule changes?
Notify the captain via WhatsApp; the workout/food plan will be adjusted to fit your new schedule, especially on VIP and Super VIP packages where adjustments are unlimited.
When can I expect to see tangible results?
It varies depending on your goal and level of commitment, but most trainees notice a change in size and energy within 4–6 weeks, and a more pronounced transformation in 8–12 weeks when committed to the full program.
